He was very responsive to my communications (usually within an hour) and flexible in working with me when my timing changed due to some landscaping issues. His crew showed up on time, was very professional and did a fantastic job. My trees look wonderful and their cleanup was great. I couldn't be happier with the job Southern Charm did for me.

Professional work and very reasonable rates. John himself came out the next day to sign off on the job being completed to his satisfaction. Even noticed that the roof hadn't been cleaned off to his standards and said he would have it taken care of. Highly recommend. John is also a certified arborist, so you get that peace of mind that he's going to do the right thing for the health of your trees.

I highly reccomend Southern Charm Tree Care. They did an excellent job trimming an almost 20 year old Bradford Pear that I'm trying to keep for as long as possible. I found the owner, John to be knowledgeable and professional. He explained my options regarding the tree so I could make a decision as to what I wanted done. They arrived on time, completed the job and did an excellent job of cleaning up. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely use this company again!

Southern Charm guys did a fanatastic job on taking down a gigantic tree in my front yard and cutting up several trees in the front and back. They were always on times, extremely thoughtful and courtesy, picked up all debri every day, and finished in a timely manner. They delivered quality service at a reasonable price and John's knowledge about trees is amazing. My yard has a variety of large trees that need to be cleaned up every couple of years. No easy task. I am so glad John and Southern Charm were recommended to me. They are my go to guys for tree service from now on and I have already recommend them to friends.

Very pleased with Southern Charm Tree Care. I choose Southern Charm for two reasons: one, the owner, John Tomlinson, is an Aggie graduate and two, John is an arborist. He's all about the trees. John just doesn't cut trees to be cutting trees. He actually looks at the overall health of the trees. I trusted his judgement. His crew is meticulous, very personable, and very patient. Would definitely recommend Southern Charm Tree Care if you want it done right.
